This morning's workout was LOTS of fun...but exhausting! Lou and I both returned home slightly nauseated. I fed the animals while Lou made our smoothies and then it was off to bed for a quick "nap" before work. It was -1 this morning so Cooper decided to jump on the bed to help keep us warm. I love our little farmhouse full of animals!

9 wall ball (20/10) - Wall balls are the speed bump in all my workouts. 10 sit ups

12 foot rope climb 1 ascent

I'm going to do my best to convince Lou that we need to have Christmas tonight. That way we have all day tomorrow to enjoy our gifts before we head out for our hut trip. The Barnard Hut is located on the backside of Aspen Mountain, so we're planning to catch the first gondOla up and start our treck at the Sundeck. To say I'm excited is an understatement! This is going to be a great trip...and our first winter hut trip. GOODTIMES!
